Here's what I learnt this week. There's no fun in devoting all your time relaxing and chilling. The guilt of not being productive eats you alive. Its only when you had a long productive day (be it from uni, working out, doing chores) and then you decide to treat yourself to a movie night in, thats the moment you can truly sit back and relax, because you know you deserve that break. Autumn has arrived and days are getting slightly colder. Sydney weather is getting bipolar and so am I. Im not even kidding. Somedays I just feel like locking myself in a room and not speak to anyone (for no reason ugh), but that wouldn't be fair. Just taking this one day at a time because I am hella confused too.
